Indermica’s Returns and Exchange Policy:

At Indermica, you are our priority. We are confident that our quality and
high level of performance with the Indermica products will add to your daily
beauty regimen and luxuriate in the experience! To ensure ‘Indermica’s
Satisfaction Guarentee’ we want you to know that in the event that you are
not fully satisfied there is a program of procedures to help our customers
with returns for opened and used products as well.

Indermica Online Satisfaction Guarantee:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or have had a
change of heart from Indermica Online you want to return brand new /unused
and unopened products you can return products based on the following
conditions:

The purchase was made on shop.indermica.com OR over the phone
directly from Indermica’s corporate brand office. We can only handle
returns /exchanges if we have all the transaction details were paid directly
for the goods and thus have access to reverse the transaction. We can assist
you with any product related questions or usage issues if needed… simply
call our office.

All or any items returned must arrive back to Indermica offices
within 21 days from the date the transaction was made in order to be
returned or exchanges. Your item must be accompanied by the original receipt
and an explanation (in a letter or note form ) explaining the reason for
the return / exchange. The items must arrive back in its original form. i.e
in its original package, sealed and unopened /unused in order to be
returned or exchanges. While we offer free shipping en route to our
customers, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs on
exchanged items.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, please send your
return insured as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost
in transit.

All refunds will be credited to the card used to make the original
purchase. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear
on your statement.

EXCHANGES: Return opened / used products ensures that you can
exchange with any new indermica product of equal or lesser value. 1 exchange
allowed. S&H fees apply.

REFUNDS CONDITIONS: Your will received a full refund (minus a 25%
surcharge for a standard handling / restocking fee) The conditions for
shipping back the product(s) that you have tried: You found the product
disagreeable as related to a breakout or allergy OR our product(s) arrived
damaged or containers are defective (Please refer as Damaged Items.) Please
return these items within the 21 day period along with your original
receipt (please add a note or letter as to why you are unsatisfied) along
with your full contact information.

Indermica will not pay for shipping or provide refunds on customs fees for the costs of international orders. Indermica is not responsible for any delays due to customs processing outside the US. We recommend you check with your local customs office to see about their processing fees. Canadian residents, please contact our distributor, RGR Pharma, at 519-734-0292 ext 400.

Please understand that we can only handle returns and exchanges when
the purchase was made on: shop.indermica.com or from the Indermica office
sales: If you have questions about returns and exchanges please contact us

handled with all transaction details. and we were paid directly for the
goods. This ensures you that we can reverse the transaction.

When an exchange is requested it is completed in two steps:

1.) A credit is issued for the item(s) returned

2.) A new order is processed to your account: a credit for the returned
items(s) and one charge for the item(s) requested in exchange.
